How Math Test Reset Works
1. Identify the Breakdown
We begin by looking at the student's recent math tests, quizzes, schoolwork, study habits, and recurring error patterns.
The goal is to identify where performance is breaking down between learning the material and demonstrating it independently.
2. Build Better Strategies
Using the student's current math whenever possible, we work on the specific strategies they need—from error analysis and problem recognition to self-monitoring and more effective test preparation.
3. Create a Repeatable System
Students develop a personalized approach they can use for future math tests: how to determine what needs practice, prepare strategically, approach unfamiliar-looking questions, check their work, and learn from mistakes.
