Advocate for Struggling Learners
Katherline Ansoorian is the founder of LearnWell, a leading educational therapy practice dedicated to helping students who struggle with learning and executive function challenges. With over a decade of experience and a background that blends neuroscience-based learning strategies and real-world project management, Katherline brings a rare perspective to guiding learners toward life-long success.
Before launching LearnWell, Katherline worked as a project manager and integrated producer in the marketing and brand departments at cybersecurity leaders like CrowdStrike and Cybereason. Her experience managing high-level campaigns and coordinating global initiatives gave her a deep understanding of the real-world skills students will need as adults—like time management, flexible thinking, clear communication, and task follow-through. She brings this insight into her educational therapy practice, preparing students not just for school, but for life.
As a certified educational therapist, Katherline has become a trusted partner to both parents and professionals. Her innovative, structured, and compassionate methods have helped students with ADHD, dyslexia, processing disorders, and anxiety transform frustration into progress—developing the strategies they need to succeed academically and thrive long-term.
“I’ve worked with students who felt broken by school—who believed they just weren’t smart. I started LearnWell to change that narrative. Every learner can succeed with the right tools and the right guide. That’s what we offer—strategic, transformational learning rooted in neuroscience, empathy, and results.”

Ready to talk with Katherline about your child’s learning journey?
“Katherline changed the way my daughter sees herself. She no longer says “I can’t.” She says, “I know how to try differently’. That shift changed everything.”
